APPOINTMENTS TO THE PARKS AND RECREATION ADVISORY COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: 1. Appoint alternate Kim Harris to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission to replace Nicole Baumgart, with a term expiring January 12, 2019. 2. Reappoint Brian Murphy and Jon Richardson to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission with terms expiring January 12, 2019. 3. Appoint Jerry Wilson as an alternate non-voting member to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission, with no term expiration. 4. City Clerk will administer the Oath of Loyalty. PURPOSE: The City Council Subcommittee recently reviewed applicants for the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission in order to fill the three terms that expired December 03, 2014. The Council Subcommittee recommended that Kim Harris, who is currently serving as an Alternate, be moved to full member status. In addition, they recommended that Brian Murphy and Jon Richardson be reappointed and Jerry Wilson be appointed as an alternate non-voting member to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission.
