RELEASE OF EASEMENT WITHIN THE ROSEWOOD GOLF VILLAS RECOMMENDATION: ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 14-1689 APPROVING FORM OF RELEASE OF EASEMENT GRANTED TO CITY IN AGREEMENT BETWEEN ESTRELLA MOUNTAIN RANCH, LLC AND CERTAIN THIRD PARTIES; AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE RELEASE OF EASEMENT; PROVIDING A DEADLINE; PROVIDING AUTHORIZATION AND DIRECTION TO TAKE ACTIONS AND EXECUTE DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO CARRY OUT INTENT OF THE RESOLUTION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. PURPOSE: Council is being asked to approve and adopt the attached resolution authorizing the release of easement located within the approximate 28-acre property currently being platted as the Rosewood Golf Villas. City Staff has determined that upon the recording of the plat the emergency access easement will no longer be needed since the permanent access rights will be conveyed on the plat. (Linda R.
