INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH BUCKEYE UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 201 FOR SHARED USE OF FACILITIES RECOMMENDATION: ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 14-1683 AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH BUCKEYE UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 201 FOR SHARED USE OF FACILITIES. PURPOSE: This Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) will allow the school district and the City to share use of the primarily recreational facilities and parking as identified in the IGA when not being utilized by internal programs. The IGA also designates each party as a priority user when facilities are available for outside use. The IGA is a ten year agreement, renewable for additional subsequent five-year terms at the mutual agreement of the parties. (David Seid, Recreation Supervisor)
