CITY CODE AMENDMENT CHAPTER 13 (PARKING) RECOMMENDATION: 1. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 14-1665 DECLARING AS A PUBLIC RECORD THAT CERTAIN DOCUMENT FILED WITH THE CITY CLERK TITLED “RENUMBERING AND REORGANIZATION OF ARTICLE 13-3 (PARKING) OF CHAPTER 13 OF THE GOODYEAR CITY CODE”; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND AN EMERGENCY CLAUSE. 2. ADOPT ORDINANCE NO. 14-1312 AMENDING THE GOODYEAR CITY CODE BY REPLACING ARTICLE 13-3 (PARKING) OF CHAPTER 13 OF THE GOODYEAR CITY CODE IN ITS ENTIRETY; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND AN EMERGENCY CLAUSE
