ADOPT THE RESULTS OF THE SPECIAL ELECTION HELD ON NOVEMBER 04, 2014 RECOMMENDATION: ADOPT RESOLUTION 14-1674 DECLARING AND ADOPTING THE RESULTS OF THE SPECIAL ELECTION HELD ON NOVEMBER 04, 2014, AND ORDERING THE RECORDATION OF SUCH RESOLUTION. PURPOSE: City Council authorized on July 07, 2014 to hold a Special Election on November 04, 2014 for the purpose of ratifying the proposed 2025 Goodyear General Plan adopted by Resolution 14-1627 by the City Council on June 23, 2014. Per A.R.S. 15-642 not less than six days nor more than twenty days after a primary or general election, the governing body of the city or town will meet to canvass the votes.
