JOB CREATION AGREEMENT FOR THE COOKSON COMPANY INC. RECOMMENDATION: ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 14-1656 APPROVING, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A JOB CREATION AGREEMENT FOR THE COOKSON COMPANY INC., CORNELL IRON WORKS, INC., AND CIW ENTERPRISES, INC.; AUTHORIZING CITY STAFF TO TAKE ACTIONS CONSISTENT WITH TERMS OF RESOLUTION AND AGREEMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. PURPOSE: The purpose of this item is to approve, authorize and direct the City Manager to execute a Job Creation Agreement related to the location and operation of Cookson Door in the City of Goodyear.
