AMEND AND REPLACE CHAPTER 11 (OFFENSES) 1-34 (FIREWORKS) OF THE GOODYEAR CITY CODE RECOMMENDATION: ADOPT ORDINANCE 14-1302 AMENDING AND REPLACING CHAPTER 11 (OFFENSES) 1-34 (FIREWORKS) OF THE GOODYEAR CITY CODE; PROVIDING FOR PENALTIES, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. PURPOSE: The purpose of this amendment is to update Chapter 11 (Offenses) in the Goodyear City Code to amend Section 1-34 (Fireworks) to create consistency between Goodyear’s City Code and recently revised state law.
