LIQUOR LICENSE FOR WINCO FOODS, LLC RECOMMENDATION: Approve a request from Nicholas Guttilla, Agent/Applicant, representing WinCo Foods, LLC for a Series 9 Location Transfer liquor license #09078000, located at 15535 W. McDowell Rd, Goodyear, Arizona (generally located on the southwest corner of North Pebblecreek Pkwy and McDowell Rd, just north of the I-10 Interchange). PURPOSE: Mr. Guttilla has applied for a Series 9 Location Transfer liquor license for WinCo Foods, LLC. WinCo Foods is not a franchise, but is a grocery store chain with approximately 98 liquor licenses in eight states.
