CENTERRA CROSSINGS COMPREHENSIVE SIGN PROGRAM RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Comprehensive Sign Program (CSP) allowing for additional monument signage, increased monument sign height and area, and increased wall sign square footage at Centerra Crossings, a mixed-use development to be located at the southeast corner of Estrella Parkway and Van Buren Street, within the Planned Area Development (PAD) District, subject to stipulations. PURPOSE: The proposed Comprehensive Sign Package for Centerra Crossings is presented for consideration of an exception for single-user monument signage that will identify two potential businesses; for consideration of multi-tenant monument sign height and area greater than that allowed by the Zoning Ordinance; and for consideration of wall sign square footage greater than that allowed by the Zoning Ordinance.
