WELL SITE 19 PROPERTY RECOMMENDATION: ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 14-1638, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF THE WELL SITE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 15354 WEST VAN BUREN STREET, GOODYEAR ARIZONA 85338 “WELL SITE 19 PROPERTY”, FROM EVERGREEN-ESTRELLA & I-10, LLC, AN ARIZONA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO MAKE NON-SUBSTANTIVE CHANGES TO ESCROW AND RECORDING INSTRUCTIONS; AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO TAKE ACTIONS AND EXECUTE DOCUMENTS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. PURPOSE: Council is being asked to approve and authorize the purchase of the Well Site 19 Property subject to the terms of the Escrow and Recording Instructions for the Well Site 19 Property, attached as Exhibit C to Resolution 14-1638.
