RATIFY THE TERMINATION OF INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN EDUCATIONAL CAMPAIGN REGARDING MUNICIPAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT TOOLS RECOMMENDATION: ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 14-1624 RATIFYING THE TERMINATION OF AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF SURPRISE FOR COST SHARING, AND THE HIRING OF A CONSULTANT FOR DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF AN EDUCATIONAL CAMPAIGN ON THE NEED FOR AND BENEFIT OF NEW ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT TOOLS (the “IGA”). PURPOSE: Adoption of this Resolution will ratify the termination of the Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Surprise entered into on March 4, 2014.
