NEW SERIES 12 LIQUOR LICENSE FOR BELLA LUNA RECOMMENDATION: Approve a request from Samuel Anthony Billelo, owner/applicant of Sicilian Sons LLC, dba Bella Luna, for a new Series 12 liquor license #12079862, located at 14175 W. Indian School Road #A-4, Goodyear, Arizona (generally located on the southwest corner of Indian School Road and Litchfield Road). PURPOSE: Mr. Billelo has applied for a new Series 12 Liquor License for Bella Luna, and an Interim Permit to continue operations until this application is approved. Due to a change of ownership, Mr. Billelo formed Sicilian Sons, a Limited Liability Corporation doing business as Bella Luna in January 2014. This is a family owned restaurant and is not a franchise.
