NEW SERIES 12 LIQUOR LICENSE FOR SAL'S TUSCAN GRILL RECOMMENDATION: Approve a request from Samuel Anthony Billelo, owner/applicant of Bella Cucina, LLC, doing business as Sal's Tuscan Grill, for a new Series 12 liquor license #12079864, located at 13291 W. McDowell Road, #E-7, Goodyear, Arizona (generally located south of McDowell Road between Dysart Road to the east and W. Cornerstone Blvd. to the west). PURPOSE: Mr. Billelo has applied for a new Series 12 Liquor License for Sal's Tuscan Grill, and an Interim Permit to continue operations until this application is approved. Sal's Tuscan Grill obtained a liquor license on June 17, 2010. Due to a change of ownership, Mr. Billelo formed Bella Cucina, a Limited Liability Corporation, doing business as Sal's Tuscan Grill in July 2013.
