EXCLUSIVE WATER LINE EASEMENT FOR CANTAMIA RECOMMENDATION: Accept the dedication of an exclusive water line easement for Parcel 12 of the CantaMia at Estrella Mountain Ranch Development from the CantaMia at Estrella Community Association Inc., an Arizona non-profit corporation. PURPOSE: JCH Estrella, LLC has submitted an application for the dedication of an exclusive water line easement from the CantaMia at Estrella Community Association Inc., an Arizona non-profit corporation “Association" to provide a looped water system for Parcel 12 of the CantaMia at Estrella Mountain Ranch Development “Development”.
