WEST VALLEY CHRISTIAN SCHOOL EASEMENT RECOMMENDATION: Accept the dedication of a public utility easement on the West Valley Christian School property. PURPOSE: The acceptance of the dedication of a 10-foot public utility easement located on the West Valley Christian School Property is required for both the Minor Land Division and Site Plan applications submitted to the City.
