IGA WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR SIGN INVENTORY AND UPGRADE RECOMMENDATION: ADOPT RESOLUTION 14-1614 AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT (JPA 14-0004055-I) WITH THE STATE OF ARIZONA, ACTING BY AND THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO ESTABLISH RESPONSIBILITY FOR FUNDING, SURVEY, AND INVENTORY OF REGULATORY, WARNING, AND OTHER APPLICABLE SIGNAGE. PURPOSE: This project will inventory traffic signage in Goodyear and allow for the identification of any signage that needs to be replaced.
