SELECTION OF FINANCIAL AUDIT FIRM RECOMMENDATION: Accept and approve the proposal to provide audit services for the next three fiscal years for the City of Goodyear submitted by Heinfeld, Meech & Co. P.C. and authorize the Finance Director to execute the necessary contracts.
