UTILITY EASEMENT FOR THE PALM VALLEY MARKETPLACE RECOMMENDATION: Ratify the City Manager’s administrative approval of a utility easement to Arizona Public Service Company, an Arizona corporation, “APS” to upgrade electrical service at the Palm Valley Marketplace. PURPOSE: This utility easement is necessary to upgrade the electrical service at the Palm Valley Marketplace. The easement will provide APS with the right to cross a tract of City owned property located just south of the Palm Valley Marketplace which is located at the southwest corner of Indian School and Litchfield Roads.
