REGIONAL WIRELESS COOPERATIVE RADIO SYSTEM RECOMMENDATION: ADOPT RESOLUTION 14-1608 APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SUPPLEMENT NO. 004 TO INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT CON-CX-0337-05 FOR SHARING OF TELECOMMUNICATION FACILITIES WITH THE CITY OF PHOENIX (REGIONAL WIRELESS COOPERATIVE RADIO SYSTEM). PURPOSE: The purpose of the existing Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with the City of Phoenix (CON-CX-0337-05) is to provide for sharing of space and/or cost of radio system infrastructure where applicable. The supplement requested is an update to that IGA to add the new communications center to the list of included facilities so that Regional Wireless Cooperative (RWC) radio equipment can be installed and maintained at that location.
