FY 13-14 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROJECTS RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the City Manager or Procurement Manager to execute any and all documents necessary to utilize the City of Scottsdale’s contract with Cutler Repaving Inc. for an amount not to exceed $1,836,435 to complete hot in-place recycle with rubberized overlay on various roadways. PURPOSE: By approving this contract the City can move forward with rehabilitation of three key roadways in Goodyear through hot in-place recycle. (Luke Albert, City Traffic Engineer)
