PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT FOR THE CENTERRA CROSSINGS DEVELOPMENT RECOMMENDATION: Accept the dedication of a 10-foot public utility easement, adjacent to the south side of Van Buren Street, east of Estrella Parkway, by Goodyear Estrella, LLC, a California limited liability company. PURPOSE: This dedication is for a 10-foot public utility easement required as part of the final approval of the Minor Land Division application submitted to the City for Centerra Crossings.
