MAP OF DEDICATION FOR AREAS WITHIN THE CLARIUS PARK PLANNED AREA DEVELOPMENT RECOMMENDATION: Approve the map of dedication (MOD) attached to Staff Report 14-5216 for portions of South Litchfield Road and West Goodyear Parkway (aka Airport Road) within the Clarius Park Planned Area Development (PAD) located on the west and east sides of South Litchfield Road, north of MC-85. PURPOSE: By this MOD, the property owner is dedicating the rights-of-way and public utility easements necessary to complete the ultimate cross-section of South Litchfield Road and to expand the cross-section of West Goodyear Parkway within the Clarius Park PAD.
