LICENSE AGREEMENT TO EPCOR WATER ARIZONA INC. FOR THE USE OF PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAYS RECOMMENDATION: Approve the issuance of a five-year license to EPCOR Water Arizona Inc., an Arizona corporation “EPCOR”, for the use of public rights-of-way to provide potable drinking water services to the properties within the boundaries of their Certificate of Convenience and Necessity within the City of Goodyear. PURPOSE: This license grants EPCOR the right to construct, maintain and operate their water distribution facilities within City rights-of-way to provide potable drinking water services within their service area.
