REAPPOINTMENT TO THE FIRE SAFETY/BUILDING CODE ENFORCEMENT APPEALS BOARD RECOMMENDATION: 1. Reappoint Kelly Reynolds to serve on the Fire Safety/Building Code Enforcement Appeals Board with a term expiring December 31, 2018. 2. City Clerk will give the Oath of Loyalty. PURPOSE: City Council to appoint Fire Safety/Building Code Enforcement Appeals Board Member, which is a requirement of the International Building Code, the International Fire Code, and the International Property Maintenance Code adopted by the City. The Council Subcommittee for Boards, Commissions and Committees met to review the application of Kelly Reynolds on February 3, 2014. The Council Subcommittee recommended reappointing Kelly Reynolds for the Fire Protection contractor position on the Fire/Building/Code Enforcement Appeals Board. (Ed Kulik, Chief Building Official)
