ADOPT THE INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS PLAN (IIP) AND LAND USE ASSUMPTIONS RECOMMENDATION: 1. ADOPT RESOLUTION 14-1599 ADOPTING THE LAND USE ASSUMPTIONS AND INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS PLAN (IIP); ADOPTING A POLICY STATEMENT RELATING TO THE USE OF EXCESS SALES TAX FROM CONSTRUCTION SALES TAX; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. 2. Set March 31, 2014 as the date for a public hearing on the adoption of the proposed development fees. PURPOSE: Review and approve the City of Goodyear Land Use Assumptions and Infrastructure Improvements Plan (IIP) which is required before the City may adopt, amend, or assess development fees beginning August 1, 2014.
