AZ PRO TRAC BMX PARK LEASE RECOMMENDATION: Approve the issuance of a two-year lease with three additional, optional, one-year terms for the AZ Pro Trac BMX Park located south of MC85 and west of Estrella Parkway, subject to AZ Pro Trac, an Arizona corporation, providing the City with a current Certificate of Good Standing issued by the Arizona Corporation Commission. PURPOSE: The approximate 8-acre site southwest of MC85 and Estrella Parkway, adjacent to the Roscoe Dog Park, has been leased from the City as a BMX (non-motorized bicycle) track since May of 2004. The current lease agreement with AZ Pro Trac, Inc., an Arizona corporation “Lessee”, expires on January 31, 2014. The City has negotiated a new two-year lease agreement with three additional, optional, one-year terms.
