Recommend approval of a request for a Use Permit in a C-2 General Commercial District for an Automotive Repair Use (Advanced Auto Service and Tire Centers) at 2533 N. Pebble Creek Parkway located at the southeast corner of Pebble Creek Parkway & Virginia Avenue, adjacent to the Roosevelt Irrigation Districts main canal), subject to stipulations. PURPOSE: This Use Permit application for an Automotive Repair Use is to facilitate the development of an Advanced Auto Service and Tire Centers located at 2533 N. Pebble Creek Parkway. (Southeast corner of Pebble Creek Parkway & Virginia Avenue, adjacent to the Roosevelt Irrigation District main canal). The new Advanced Auto will be designed and constructed in accordance with the approved City of Goodyear Design Guidelines. Staff has reviewed the request and finds that it meets the conditions and required findings for a Use Permit and satisfies the additional evaluation criteria required for Automotive Repair Uses.
