APPOINT DEPARTMENT REPRESENTATIVE TO THE POLICE PUBLIC SAFETY PERSONNEL RETIREMENT BOARD RECOMMENDATION: 1. Appoint Jason DeHaan as Police Personnel Representative to the Police Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board, to fill the unexpired term of Scott Daniel, ending May 20, 2017. 2. The City Clerk will administer the Oath of Loyalty. PURPOSE: Scott Daniel is no longer employed with the City of Goodyear and he was elected May 20, 2013 with a term expiring May 20, 2017. Representatives from the Police department are elected by secret ballot per A.R.S. 38-847.A.1. The Police Department held an election from November 1, 2013 to November 8, 2013 and Jason DeHaan was elected by secret ballot to replace Scott Daniel with a term expiring May 20, 2017.
