ACCEPT AN EXCLUSIVE WATER AND SEWER LINE EASEMENT AND AN EXCLUSIVE WATER LINE EASEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THE CLARIUS DEVELOPMENT RECOMMENDATION: Accept the dedication of an exclusive water and sewer line easement along the Airport Road alignment and an exclusive water line easement adjacent to the north side of the UPRR Property/MC-85. PURPOSE: CP Goodyear LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company has submitted applications to dedicate an exclusive water and sewer line easement and an exclusive water line easement associated with the Clarius Development.
