UTILITY EASEMENT TO ARIZONA PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY, FOR THE 911 COMMUNICATIONS CENTER RECOMMENDATION: Approve the issuance of a Utility Easement to Arizona Public Service Company, an Arizona corporation “APS”, for the 911 Communication Center located at 145th Avenue and Van Buren Street. PURPOSE: Construction of the City’s 911 Communication Center is currently underway. As part of the construction process, APS requires an easement to place, operate and maintain the electrical equipment required to provide electricity to the communication facility.
