BUDGET TRANSFER TO FUND A CONTRACT WITH RBF CONSULTING, LLC FOR CONTRACT PLAN REVIEW SERVICES RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the City Manager to approve a contract with RBF Consulting, LLC in an amount not to exceed $150,000 for plan review services, and to authorize a budget transfer from development related revenues in excess of budgeted amounts. PURPOSE: The approval of this contract will allow the Engineering Department to continue utilizing a contract with RBF consulting to assist with plan reviews for construction and planning related plan reviews. This assistance will allow the City to meet standard review times during increased development workload. (David J. Ramirez, City Engineer)
