APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT TO THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT CORPORATION BOARD RECOMMENDATION: 1. Appoint Michael Delleo to the Public Improvement Corporation (PIC) Board for a three year term expiring on August 31, 2016, or until his successor is appointed and qualified. 2. Reappoint Marvin Feir to the Public Improvement Corporation (PIC) Board for a three year term expiring on August 31, 2016, or until his successor is appointed and qualified. 3. City Clerk will administer the Oath of Loyalty. PURPOSE: Selectees submitted an application for appointment and were interviewed by the Council Subcommittee for Boards, Commissions, and Committees on September 13, 2013. The Subcommittee unanimously agreed to recommend their appointments and reappointments to Mayor and Council. There are no term limits on these two boards. (Maureen Scott, City Clerk)
