AMENDMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE SIGN PACKAGE FOR THE PALM VALLEY MEDICAL CAMPUS RECOMMENDATION: Approval of an Amendment to the Comprehensive Sign Package for the Palm Valley Medical Campus, to allow for the addition of a hospital identification icon sign to the south elevation of the West Valley Hospital located at 13677 West McDowell Road within the Palm Valley Planned Area Development (PAD) District, subject to stipulations. PURPOSE: The proposed amendment to the Comprehensive Sign Package for the West Valley Medical Campus will allow an additional sign to provide greater identification of the hospital, especially for motorists traveling on Interstate 10, making the presence of the hospital better known and easier to find.
