ACCEPTANCE OF THE DEDICATION OF A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT ADJACENT TO VIRGINIA AVENUE RECOMMENDATION: Accept the dedication of an 8-foot public utility easement by West Valley National Bank, adjacent to the north side of Virginia Avenue, east of Pebble Creek Parkway. PURPOSE: The acceptance of the dedication of an 8-foot public utility easement from the property owned by West Valley National Bank. The easement is required by both the Minor Land Division and Site Plan applications submitted to the City. The Owner is dedicating the public utility easement to the City at no cost. (Linda R.
