AERIAL EASEMENT TO ARIZONA PUBLIC SERVICE ACROSS THE ACCESS ROADS AT THE RAINBOW VALLEY WASTEWATER AND WATER FACILITIES RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Grant of Aerial Easement and Agreement for a 69kV line across the access road at the Rainbow Valley Wastewater and Water Facilities to Arizona Public Service, an Arizona Corporation (APS).
