FINAL PLAT FOR LAS BRISAS PHASE 2C.1 RECOMMENDATION: Rescind the December 10, 2007 approval for the Las Brisas Phase 2C final plat in its entirety and approve the final plat for Las Brisas Phase 2C.1 subdividing 20.6 acres into 73 single family lots and 11 tracts generally located at the northwest corner of Las Brisas Drive and 183rd Avenue within the Las Brisas Phase Two Planned Area Development, subject to the stipulations set forth in the General Notes of the final plat and additional stipulations. PURPOSE: The applicant is requesting approval of a final plat for a parcel located within the Las Brisas Phase Two PAD. The final plat will subdivide 20.6 acres into 73 single family lots and 11 tracts. Staff has determined that the final plat is consistent with the approved preliminary plat for Las Brisas Phase Two. The density and proposed lot size are consistent with the development plan permitted for this parcel by the Las Brisas Phase Two PAD zoning and the City of Goodyear General Plan.
