FINAL PLAT FOR CANTAMIA PARCEL 2 A REPLAT OF LOTS 39 - 43 AND TRACT F OF PROVINCE AT ESTRELLA MOUNTAIN RANCH PARCEL 2 RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat for CantaMia Parcel 2 re-platting five lots and one tract (Lots 39 - 43 and Tract F) generally located at the northeast corner of CantaMia Parkway and 178th Avenue within the Estrella Mountain Ranch Village X Planned Area Development, subject to stipulations. PURPOSE: The applicant is requesting a final plat to replat Lots 39-43 and Tract F within CantaMia Parcel 2. The area of these five replatted lots is 0.84 acres. The lots were originally platted with a width of 60 feet and depth of 86 feet. The replat will increase the depth of the lots to 119 feet. This final plat to replat Lots 39-43 and Tract F is consistent with the land use, development standards, and density approved for this parcel by the Village X PAD.
