REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT FOR SPECIAL PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT COST RECOVERY REGIONAL WATER DELIVERY LINES WITH TAYLOR MORRISON/ARIZONA, INC. RECOMMENDATION: Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Reimbursement Agreement for Special Public Improvement Cost Recovery Regional Water Delivery Lines with Taylor Morrison/Arizona, Inc. an Arizona corporation providing for the reimbursement of costs incurred to construct certain of the Special Public Improvements identified in Cost Recovery Resolution of Intention No. 06-1064 and authorizing the City Manager or his designee to take all actions and to execute all documents necessary to carry out the intent of the agreement. PURPOSE: The purpose of this item is to approve an agreement with Taylor Morrison/Arizona, Inc. (formerly Taylor Woodrow/Arizona, Inc.) (“Taylor Morrison”) that will provide for the reimbursement of the costs Taylor Morrison incurred in constructing certain water delivery lines in the West Goodyear Central Planning Area. These water delivery lines constructed provide a regional benefit and were identified as special public improvements in Cost Recovery Resolution of Intention No. 06-1064.
