REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT FOR SPECIAL PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT COST RECOVERY REGIONAL WASTEWATER TRUNK LINES WITH CENTEX HOMES RECOMMENDATION: Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Reimbursement Agreement for Special Public Improvement Cost Recovery Regional Wastewater Trunk Lines with Centex Homes, a Nevada General Partnership, providing for the reimbursement of costs incurred to construct certain of the Special Public Improvements identified in Cost Recovery Resolution of Intention No. 06-1065 and authorizing the City Manager or his designee to take all actions and execute all documents necessary to carry out the intent of the agreement. PURPOSE: This is an agreement with Centex Homes that will provide for the reimbursement of the costs Centex Homes incurred in constructing certain wastewater trunk lines in the West Goodyear Central Planning Area. The wastewater trunk lines that have been constructed provide a regional benefit and were identified as special public improvements in Cost Recovery Resolution of Intention No. 06-1065.
