CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE GOODYEAR BRANCH LIBRARY RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the City Manager to enter into a contract with Chasse Building Team not to exceed $510,000 for the construction of the Goodyear Branch Library. PURPOSE: By approving this contract the City can move forward with the final step in designing and constructing the Goodyear Branch Library in the recently purchased Venida Complex, now renamed the Goodyear Municipal Complex. In the $510,000 GMP we are carrying $19,497 of Owners Contingency. (Regis Reed, Senior Project Management)
