APPLICATION FOR A NEW SERIES 12 LIQUOR LICENSE FOR CUTTING EDGE BAR AND GRILL RECOMMENDATION: Approve a request from Andrea Lewkowitz, agent/applicant representing 1188 N. Dysart Rd. LLC, for a new Series 12 liquor license, #12079521, for Cutting Edge Bar and Grill located in the Holiday Inn and Suites at 1188 North Dysart Road (generally located on Dysart Road, North of I-10). PURPOSE: Ms. Lewkowitz has applied for a new Series 12 liquor license which is for a restaurant. The restaurant has a Series 12 liquor license; however, the agent/applicant is changing and a Series 12 liquor license is not transferrable. The new Series 12 liquor license is an interim license and will be withdrawn once the Series 11 liquor license (for a hotel) is issued. The Holiday Inn and Suites hotel has applied for a new Series 11 liquor license which will cover the Cutting Edge Bar and Grill. The applicant has paid the $635.00 fee. (Maureen Scott, City Clerk)
