IGA FOR AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE STRATEGIC NATIONAL STOCKPILE ASSETS RECOMMENDATION: ADOPT RESOLUTION 13-1557 AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH MARICOPA COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH TO PROVIDE STRATEGIC NATIONAL STOCKPILE ASSETS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. PURPOSE: This agreement allows the distribution of medications and other medical materials and information to the City of Goodyear employees and their families in the event of a public health emergency.
