AMEND SUBSECTION 7-1-4 (B) (RESTRICTIONS ON KEEPING ANIMALS) AND SECTION 7-2-5 (LICENSE FEES FOR DOGS) OF THE GOODYEAR CITY CODE. RECOMMENDATION: ADOPT ORDINANCE 13-1283 AMENDING CHAPTER 7 OF THE GOODYEAR CITY CODE BY AMENDING AND REPLACING SUBSECTION 7-1-4(B) (RESTRICTIONS ON KEEPING ANIMALS) AND SECTION 7-2-5 (LICENSE FEES FOR DOGS); PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
