APPROVAL OF EXPENDITURES FOR CITY'S HEALTH AND DENTAL PLANS RECOMMENDATION: Approve expenditures for the City’s Health and Dental Plans. PURPOSE: City policy requires the City Council approval of expenditures in excess of $500,000 in addition to the approval of the budget. These funds for the City’s health and dental plans have all been included in the staff proposed budget for FY 2014. (Wynette Reed, Deputy City Manager)
