COMMUNITY FUNDING SUBCOMMITTEE RECOMMENDATIONS FY2013-14 RECOMMENDATION: Approve recommendations from the City Council Community Funding subcommittee for FY2013-14. PURPOSE: The City allocates funding to not-for-profit agencies whose programs and services benefit the citizens of Goodyear. Criteria in the application require health, human services and quality of life service providers to specifically identify the number of Goodyear residents served. The goal of the program is to financially assist the agencies that provide services to Goodyear residents that the City does not, and acknowledge their contributions to our resident's quality of life in Goodyear.
