LEASE AGREEMENT FOR OFFICE SPACE FOR BENEVILLA’S GROCERY SHOPPING PROGRAM RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the City Manager to enter into a six-month lease agreement with Sun City Area Interfaith Service, Inc., an Arizona Corporation doing business under the trade name of Benevilla, to lease the office located on the first floor of City Hall identified as Room 118 on attached Exhibit A. Benevilla will provide grocery shopping services to qualified residents of Goodyear. PURPOSE: Approval of this lease will allow Benevilla to operate in Goodyear and provide a food delivery service to Goodyear residents. This is a temporary lease giving Benevilla until the end of the calendar year to find a more permanent location in the Southwest Valley. (Lili Schuett, Neighborhood Services Manager)
