RELEASE AND RELINQUISHMENT AND ISSUANCE OF A REPLACEMENT TEMPORARY DRAINAGE EASEMENT FOR WILLIS ROAD RECOMMENDATION: ADOPT RESOLUTION 13-1552 AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE AND RELINQUISHMENT OF A CERTAIN TEMPORARY DRAINAGE EASEMENT FOR WILLIS ROAD LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 755 FEET EAST OF THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE FOR RAINBOW VALLEY ROAD AND ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF A REPLACEMENT TEMPORARY DRAINAGE EASEMENT FOR WILLIS ROAD. PURPOSE: NNP III, Estrella Mountain Ranch, LLC has submitted a request to relocate a Temporary Drainage Easement granted to the City on the Map of Dedication for Willis Road recorded in July of 2007. City Staff has reviewed this request and determined the minor relocation of the Temporary Drainage Easement will continue to allow sufficient capacity for the storm water runoff from Willis Road.
