RECOMMENDATION: Approve expenditures for the City's Health, Dental, General Liability and Workers’ Compensation Policies. PURPOSE: City policy requires the City council to have the opportunity for specific approval of expenditures in excess of $500,000, in addition to the approval of the budget.
