ADOPT RESOLUTION 13-1548 APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF A LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF GOODYEAR AND COX COMMUNICATIONS TO INSTALL, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN A CABLE SYSTEM WITHIN THE CITY OF GOODYEAR. PURPOSE: The purpose of this item is to review and approve renewal of the license agreement between Cox Communications and the City of Goodyear to install, operate and maintain a cable system within the City.
