PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR LA VENTILLA PHASE 2 RECOMMENDATION: Approve a request for a preliminary plat for La Ventilla Phase 2 subdividing 18.56 acres into 111 single family court home lots and six tracts located at the southwest corner of Sarival Avenue and Interstate 10 within the Canyon Trails Planned Area Development (PAD) subject to stipulations. PURPOSE: The applicant is requesting approval of a preliminary plat for La Ventilla Phase 2. This subdivision consists of 18.56 acres that will be subdivided into 111 single family court home lots and six tracts. The preliminary plat is consistent with the land use, development standards, and density approved by the Canyon Trails Phase I PAD for this parcel.
